CLINTON II
Holsteiner Stallion | Grey | Proven International Performer & Elite Sire Line
A powerhouse in both pedigree and performance, Clinton II stands as one of Holstein’s most accomplished stallions. Known for his exceptional scope, power, and desire to perform, he has impressed audiences and breeders alike from an early age.
From his standout performances at the National Young Horse Championships in 1999 and 2000 to becoming Reserve Champion of Holstein in 2005 under Thomas Voss, Clinton II’s career is marked by consistency and class. He later represented his breed on the global stage, earning Team Silver at the Asian Games with rider Sang-Wuk Song — a testament to his athleticism and heart.
Pedigree Powerhouse
Clinton II’s lineage is steeped in performance excellence. His sire, Carolus, achieved international success and produced offspring with over €1 million in winnings, including 32 horses competing at 1.50m level. Carolus himself descends from the legendary Capitol I, one of the most influential Holsteiner sires of all time, whose descendants have earned more than €5 million in sport.
On the dam side, Calypso II, Clinton II’s grandsire, is revered for shaping modern Holstein breeding and is the sire of the renowned Contender, another global icon in sport horse bloodlines. Clinton II hails from the elite Holsteiner dam line 4965, known for producing numerous top-level jumpers and approved stallions.
His full sister, Hirtin (known in competition as Chica Bay), is also an international performer and the dam of the famous Levisto Z, a stallion whose progeny continue to dominate young horse circuits for their style, power, and charisma.
